Slikerka is a photography studio born from a long-standing desire to unite my two passions — pedagogy and photography — into one unique and authentic space of work.

The name is an archaic local term for a photographer, and for me it represents respect for the profession itself, as well as for the people who place their trust in me.

The studio is equipped with everything required for professional photographic work — from technical equipment to a carefully curated setting that allows for a calm and pleasant experience. However, I believe that equipment alone does not create a good photograph. It is the foundation. The essence lies in the relationship.

The connection between pedagogy and photography in my work is reflected in the way I approach everyone who comes to the studio. Patience, attentive observation, and an understanding of the dynamics between people help me create an atmosphere where there is no pressure to be different, better, or “more photogenic” than you truly are.

In such a space, a photograph is created that is not only beautiful, but truthful.
